Reflections and memories of IMI

Lots of great memories of some great times and great people.

Loved the look of disappointment on Phil Kelly’s face when fruit was served instead of dessert at our weekly IMI in-house lunches.   Loved it in a large hotel bar in Seoul when Sunny was convinced by Jeff Fox that a guy sitting a few tables away was Kenny Rogers. Sunny’s response was to go to the piano and request the microphone and then publicly acknowledge the great country singer. The entire large crowd in the bar clapped loudly, including the poor guy who was suddenly shocked and embarrassed when Sunny, microphone in hand,  marched to him.

Loved it when the delightfully laconic Raj Shah used to sigh and utter “J’en ai marre” (I’m fed up) after every class during the last few weeks of the program.
